3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or pricing errors).

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Vertex3D Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or international shipping issues

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund or replacement.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for reviewing customization details before placing an order.
