Made-to-Order Production
All items sold by Vertex3D Creations are made to order. Because each product is custom printed at the time of purchase, production begins after:

Clear payment has been successfully received.
Orders are typically produced and prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on:

Vertex3D Creations is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to USPS.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Vertex3D Creations is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Orders returned due to address errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS office first. Once an item is marked as delivered, Vertex3D Creations is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a USPS claim if applicable.
