At Vertex3D Creations, we take pride in the quality of our 3D printed products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

• The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement upon verification of the issue.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items
